Chaplaincy 2) Billy Graham Rapid Response Team

To become a volunteer chaplain serving with the Billy Graham Rapid Response Team, please visit the Billy Graham Rapid Response Team website to complete the chaplain application. Scroll down to “How To Begin” and follow the instructions.

“Billy Graham Rapid Response Team (BG-RRT) chaplains provide emotional and spiritual care and offer God’s love, hope, and healing to people in crisis. [...]

“As a Billy Graham Rapid Response Team chaplain volunteer, you will be invited to deploy according to your availability, as needed by BG-RRT for disaster response.”

Demolition & Construction

Somebody Cares America/International

Currently, teams are being mobilized at 8:00am most mornings from the First Assembly of God Church, 901 Jefferson St., Kerrville, Texas 78028.

Volunteers are continuing to work on affected houses, doing everything from demolition and rebuilding.

The most urgent needs at the moment are:

• Volunteers: for cleanup, demolition, and eventually skilled reconstruction.
• Equipment: including commercial dehumidifiers, floor fans, and ShockWave antimicrobial treatment.
• Building materials to begin restoration: including drywall, insulation, flooring, paint, trim, doors, and other construction supplies.
